We went out in the boat on Sunday, we stopped for a walk along the river bank and look what we found.

A little baby Hedgehog, I said hello to him.

It rolled up into a little ball. Its really hard to butt sniff when you can't work out which end is the butt.

Bye bye Hedgehog.

Hi Simba
You meet some interesting characters on your walks. I've never met a hedgehog in person. He looks like a possum. He's much nicer than a swan. Did I tell you a black swan swam out of the water onto the bank hissing and trying to attack Hobson. They are BAAAAD !!! Have a great weekend.

Watch out for those spikey things. I have not seen one but mistress tells me they used to have one in their garden and one of their other dogs got a bit too close. Hehe.

Simba encountered the hedgehog of nature.
Incidently, Miss Potter was writing the hedgehog.
It envies it.

Let's spend a wonderful weekend with the hedgehog. :)

It must be hedgehog season! We had a baby one in our garden the other night. Cassidy was very intrigued, but ma made her stay away from it.

Funny looking thingy...I see them selling these fellas here in pet shops. Those sharp things on them looks really sharp! Hope it didn't prick your nose Simba.

By the way, about the X'mas card exchange, I got an email from Opy & Charlie about it & they gave all the home addresses & emails of every dogs who joined it. Did you put your name as Simba Thomson? I wanna make sure that is you or else I would send it to the wrong doggy...

Simba!

I want to hear more about what the hedgehog smelled like... doesn't matter which end it was.

I noticed that it was quaking in fear at the very thought of facing you in battle. That's the kind of kingly presence you have.

Goober love,
Stanley
