I am feeling so much better and so loved! Thank you all for you concern about me. I had a lovely walk, it was just what I needed. Look how happy I am to be going for a walk

can you get some Laxitone? i get Laxitone every other day for my IBS and it keeps things moving very well. my IBS means i get can get gassed up like you, Laxitone prevents that.
