The lake I went fishing in is Verulamium. Its in St Albans. The Romans use to live there, they made floors out of little stones like this.

They also have a Cathedral there. You can see it through the trees.

Speaking of trees, Mummy is getting the hang of taking photos of things that don't move. Can you see me? I'm there somewhere.

Look how many ducks I can chase at once.

I am king of Verulamium.

Verulamium is boootiful! Gosh, I'm finding difficulty pronouncing it... My tongue can't roll. Hehehe, sooo many duckies to chase after! Luckily, you didn't fall in the lake again or else it would have been another embarrassment.

Simba...You remind The Mommy of her Samantha. She was fearless and when ever The Mommy went to the country to visit Uncle Jimmie, she would chase all the geese and ducks all over the yard and when they ran toward the pond she would jump right in after then...heehee...we bet that was something to see!!

Love ya...Mona, Jacks, Toby and Evander too!!

oh Simba I love to chase ducks!

My Jeannie says she don't remember ever living at that place in the first photo......... ;0)

ps our surname is "Roman" !!!!!

She also says St Albans is nice, she remembers a good pub there called The Fighting Cocks, supposed to be the oldest pub in England?? Or should it be the Fighting Ducks running away from Simba King!

Happy Weekend, love and licks, Marv xxxxx

ah simba, did you miss me? sorry, i was at the groomer on friday until really late. mom's fault. she gave dad's mobile to the groomer many months ago and they thought that's mom no. and when they call dad, dad didn't pick up the phone. :( ok, mom & dad's fault!

ha! i now know why you fall in the water. one of the ducks must be around that area and pull you in trying to drown you. see, naughty dog gets naughty treatment!

Master knows st albans very well. Mistress claims to know something about history. I don't know anything as I have not been to uk. You seem to get to an awful lot of nice open spaces. I don't see any cats though.
